GORILLA PT

EDITORIAL POLICY

How advice earns its place.

Useful guidance should make clear what is well established, what depends on context and where professional judgement begins.

01

What we publish

GORILLA PT covers practical training, sports nutrition, recovery and legal supplements. Content is written to help readers make better decisions; it is not written to push a product or manufacture urgency.

02

Our evidence standard

We prefer current guidance from public health and regulatory bodies, scientific consensus and peer-reviewed research. A single study is not treated as a final answer, and a general finding is not presented as a personal prescription.

03

Experience has a label

Fifteen years of field experience can add useful context, especially around adherence and real-world trade-offs. When a point comes from coaching judgement rather than settled evidence, it should read that way.

04

No paid rankings

GORILLA PT sells no supplements, accepts no product sponsorships and does not publish automated product rankings. Brand names are not a substitute for checking ingredients, dosage, transparency and fit.

05

Corrections and safety

Guidance may be revised when better evidence or clearer official advice becomes available. If you spot a factual error, email us. Site content is educational coaching, not diagnosis or medical care; urgent or clinical concerns should go to an appropriate healthcare service.
