GORILLA PTPRIVACY
Only what you choose to send.
The coaching form prepares an email on your device. It does not create an account or save your answers to a GORILLA PT web database.
How the email flow works
Your answers stay in the page while you complete the form. When you finish, the site uses a mailto link to open a draft in your own email app. The message is not sent until you choose to send it.
No profile database
GORILLA PT does not receive or store the form answers through a website database. After you send the email, the message is handled by your email provider and ours under their own privacy and security terms.
Preferences on your device
The site may remember your language and light or dark theme in local browser storage. Those preferences stay on your device and do not contain the training or health details entered in the coaching form.
Hosting data
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. The current site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
Your choices
Share only information you are comfortable sending by ordinary email. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of email correspondence by contacting us, subject to any legal reason it must be retained. If these practices change, this notice will be updated.
